The worst part is that you wouldn't even get an email about this. Your upload service might not work, you wouldn't notice and it's only partly your fault … and partly ours.
This needed fixing badly.
Starting today, you will always receive an email once you reach your bill limit. We have also introduced a new option on the set bill limit page that allows you to state if you want to continue accepting uploads once you hit the bill limit or not. As the new default behavior, new uploads will always be accepted. Please change the setting according to your needs.
