Transloadit-II GmbH owns the following trademarks, registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO):

Class 42 covers software as a service; class 9 covers downloadable software.

Using our trademarks

You are welcome to use these names to refer to our service and open source projects, for example “files are uploaded with tus” or “built with Uppy”. When you do:

• Use the names to describe our products, not as the name of your own product, company or domain.
• Do not suggest that we sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with your product unless we agreed to that.
• Do not alter our names or logos.

The open source licenses of tus and Uppy cover their code, not their names or logos.
