Just a quick note to let you know that in response to our recent support problems, we have decided to switch to another support provider.

The new provider is called Intercom. Besides handling our email, it is also fully integrated into our website and our virtual office, so we will be able help you even quicker.

Intercom tries to identify our customers and collects things like IP and browser information. Even though it will not resell this data to other companies, it is still something to be aware of and we have updated our privacy policy to reflect that. If you only interact with our support through support@transloadit.com, limited information can be gathered.

We don't expect any trouble from this switch. In fact, we expect you will be delighted with this change.
